Falagar - that link was where i downloaded the file already. i tried one more time....same result. originally, i was opening basecamp to work on a project when it prompted me with the update notice.. It may be that you have a corrupt or outdated windows installer. google windows installer xp for the installer and choose to download it from a genuine microsoft site. or do a google search for "msi file not found:"for help.. I found the solution on the web: solution: download basecamp.exe file, than use a compress tool like 7-zip right mouse click on the file to open file and see elements in the exec file look for the bcmain.msi file, double click, it will then install, after you can then go back to the normal basecamp.exe it will then install nicely.
